http://www.trinitycross.net/lotrhaldir/memory.html     Haldir was both a noble warrior and a fearsome adversary. For those who enjoyed the Lord of the Rings movies as much as the Professor's books, this is the section that chooses to honor the hero that Peter Jackson chose to make. He showed no quarter at the battle of Helm's Deep, and fell against the hand of an Uruk'hai warrior. He was a hero, one among the thousands that were slain at Hornburg, and he deserves to be remembered as such. A sacrifice as brave and noble as his should not go unsung, and I invite you to join me in promoting his memory.

Welcome to Mirkwood Moon

A shrine to Legolas Greenleaf of Lord of the Rings

I know it’s been done many times before, but whenever I first saw Lord of the Rings.. Well actually it was my friend's doing that I first became interested with LOTR..( thanks Tam!) But anyways form whenever I first saw the movies I was hopelessly unable to take my eyes off the one elf most women who love LOTR come to know and swoon for, Legolas Greenleaf.. Mine is but a small contribution to the enormous amount of fan sites out there.. Who knows? Perhaps my little corner will be noticed sometime in the future.. But I doubt it.. I do it out of love..
